Join Our Team at St Joseph's OSHC, Childers!
We're looking for a motivated and experienced casual Educator to join our team at St Joseph's Outside School Hours Care, located on the grounds of St Joseph's Catholic Primary School in Childers. This is a Diploma-level position, and we're seeking someone who holds — or is working towards — a Diploma in Children's Services, ideally with experience in an OSHC or early childhood education setting.
Our service operates before school (6:30am – 8:30am) and after school (2:45pm – 6:00pm) for students from Prep to Grade 6, as well as vacation care. We provide a rich variety of indoor and outdoor activities including arts and crafts, sports, construction, and imaginative play — creating a space where children feel safe, supported, and inspired every day.
For the right candidate, there is also the opportunity to work across additional OSHC services in the Hervey Bay region, giving you the chance to maximise your hours and broaden your experience.
If you're passionate about making a genuine difference in children's lives and ready to bring your skills and experience to a welcoming team, we'd love to hear from you — apply today!
