St Joseph’s OSHC North Ipswich is looking for experienced Educators to support up to 105 children across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care. Together, we create a welcoming environment where children feel safe, included and encouraged to explore their interests. From leading activities to fostering meaningful connections, you'll play an important role in every child's day.

Key Responsibilities

As an OSHC Educator, you'll create engaging play-based experiences that support children's learning, wellbeing and development. Working alongside a collaborative team, you'll help foster a positive and inclusive environment where children feel safe, connected and inspired to thrive.
  
Job Requirements

• Previous experience working with school-aged children in an OSHC, education, recreation, or care setting essential.
• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) would be desirable. 
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Current completion of, or willingness to complete, mandatory National Child Safety Training (Gecko Learning)
• Commitment to supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues.
