About You
You are a warm, confident, values-led leader who knows how to unlock a team's true potential. You balance business acumen with a deep, non-negotiable love for early childhood education.
Your Toolkit:

• Leadership Background: Experience as a Centre Director, Assistant Director, or Educational Leader.
• NQF Mastery: Deep operational knowledge of National Quality Framework standards.
• People First: Exceptional communication skills and proven coaching capabilities.
• Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Compliance: Valid QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain.
• Child Protection Training: Completed
