We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join the team at St Agatha's Outside School Hours Care in a Permanent Part-Time role.
This position is ideal for an experienced educator who can confidently support and help lead a team, with a pathway to increased responsibility and future leadership opportunities (Responsible Person).
About the role
- Permanent Part-Time position
- Ideally available 4 days per week (minimum 20 hours)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the childcare/OSHC industry required

At St Agatha’s OSHC, we provide before school, after school, and vacation care for up to 75 children from Prep to Year 6.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma qualified in Children's Services (or ACECQA equivalent).
- Previous childcare experience would be preferred.
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Effective workplace communication skills
