Seeking enthusiastic educators to join our OSHC Team at Scarborough!

We are currently recruiting for casual educators to join our OSHC team for before school, after school and vacation care. Scarborough OSHC caters for up to 60 children (and growing) and is a centre that is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive environment.

At Scarborough OSHC, teamwork is the foundation of everything we do. Our team is a close-knit group of educators who bring their unique talents and skills to the table. Whether it’s through their creative abilities or love of the outdoors, these skills are utilised to inspire and engage the children. 

One of the highlights of our program is our expansive outdoor space and the variety of equipment the children have access to, along with the exciting craft we offer every afternoon.

Looking for flexibility? We’ve got you covered! Work from as little as 6 hours per week, with the chance to boost your hours to 20 during term time and up to full-time (38 hours) over vacation care.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or ACECQA equivalent) or working towards would be desirable.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based
• Knowledge of national quality framework, My Time Our Place is desirable.
