St Flannan’s OSHC has been a valued part of the St Flannan’s community since 2012, providing care for up to 75 children. Our team is proud to create a nurturing, inclusive environment where children feel supported to learn, grow and be happy.

A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator

• Provide warm, nurturing care for children
• Create a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Design fun, inclusive recreational and educational experiences
• Build positive working relationships with team members
• Work collaboratively to support the best outcomes for children and families

Job Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards).
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace  
• Willingness to take child protection training as required
