Recruitment Advisor
Paddington, Brisbane | Full-Time | Permanent

Catholic Early EdCare (CEEC) supports more than 135 early education and OSHC services across Queensland. Every role we fill directly impacts children, families and communities.
We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor who thrives in high-volume environments and takes pride in running structured, compliant, end-to-end processes — from advertising through to onboarding.
This is a role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, managing the detail, and owning outcomes.
About the Role
You will manage a busy portfolio of vacancies across multiple services, partnering with operational leaders to ensure roles are filled efficiently and compliantly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment
- Drafting and posting advertisements
- Screening, shortlisting and coordinating interviews
- Conducting reference checks and compliance checks
- Preparing contracts and onboarding documentation
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment data
- Ensuring recruitment processes align with child safety and legislative requirements
This role requires strong organisation, discipline and follow-through. Success comes from staying on top of the details while keeping momentum across multiple vacancies.
What We’re Looking For We are seeking someone who:
- Has proven experience managing recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Is highly organised and process-driven
- Enjoys structured, task-based work as much as stakeholder engagement
- Maintains accuracy and attention to detail under pressure
- Takes ownership and sees tasks through to completion
- Is comfortable managing administrative and compliance-heavy requirements
- Communicates confidently with leaders and candidates
- Works well independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Experience in education, community services, health or other regulated industries will be highly regarded.
