About Us: We are part of the St Joseph’s Parish and Primary School community, operating for over 20 years. Our active service involves children and staff in various projects, including a community garden with parishioners and the school. We offer before school care, after school care, and vacation care for up to 90 children.
Our OSHC provides high-quality care, guided by the "My Time Our Place" framework, enhancing children's wellbeing and development in a school-age setting. We support children in diverse play and leisure activities, fostering social skills, problem-solving, challenges, and life skills based on their interests and abilities.

The Role: We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and caring Educators to join our vibrant Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting the growth, learning, and development of school-aged children in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.
In addition, we are actively seeking qualified and experienced Educators who have the skills and confidence to step into
Responsible Person (RP) roles when required. These positions are critical in supporting the day-to-day operations of our services and ensuring the ongoing delivery of high-quality education and care in line with regulatory requirements.
Educators with demonstrated experience in leadership, program oversight, and compliance within an OSHC setting are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities: - Engage and supervise children in a safe and supportive manner during before and after-school care sessions.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning, creativity, and social development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and organized OSHC environment.
- Comply with all relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications: - Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing educational programs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
