Diploma Qualified OSHC Educator – All Saints OSHC Boonah

At All Saints Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) in Boonah, we believe children thrive when they feel seen, valued and inspired to explore their world. Our service is community-focused, relationship-driven and committed to delivering high-quality care every day.
We’re seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to join our passionate team—someone who brings creativity, professionalism and heart to their practice and is eager to grow in a service that values innovation and quality.
Our OSHC provides Before School Care (6:30–8:30am) and After School Care (2:30–6:00pm) for a small, vibrant group of children, allowing educators to build strong, meaningful connections in a warm and welcoming environment.
A Day in the Life of an Educator
- Create a safe, supportive and engaging environment for school-aged children
- Deliver dynamic, inclusive programs that encourage play, creativity and connection
- Build strong partnerships with children, families and fellow educators
- Contribute to a service that is continually innovating, improving and striving to Exceed the National Quality Standards

About You
- Hold a Diploma in School Age Education & Care, Early Childhood Education & Care, or equivalent (as per ACECQA guidelines).
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card.
- Passionate about supporting children's growth, wellbeing, and learning through play.
- Confident understanding of NQF, My Time, Our Place, and current education frameworks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Current First aid and CPR Certificate
