At All Saints Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) in Boonah, we believe children thrive when they feel seen, valued and inspired to explore the world around them.

Our welcoming, community-focused service provides Before School Care (6:30–8:30am) and After School Care (2:30–6:00pm) for a small, vibrant group of children who love to learn, play and connect. This close-knit setting allows educators to build meaningful relationships and make a genuine impact every day.

A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator

Job Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) would be desirable, but not essential.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace  
• Willingness to take child protection training as required
