We’re seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Educator to become an integral part of our Outside School Hours Care service.
Located on the beautiful grounds of St Rita’s Catholic Primary School, our service provides a bright, welcoming space where both children and educators thrive. Caring for up to 90 children, we deliver before school care, after school care and vacation care, filled with creativity, play and engaging learning experiences.
With a dedicated OSHC room and dynamic programs, each day brings new opportunities for fun, connection and discovery—from hands-on activities to group games and outdoor play.
What a Day as an OSHC Educator Looks Like
- Provide nurturing care in a safe, welcoming environment
- Plan and deliver fun, inclusive recreational and educational activities
- Build positive, collaborative relationships with team members
- Work alongside a supportive, established team to achieve the best outcomes for children and families
- Join in exciting excursions and special activities during vacation care
- Finish each day knowing you’ve made a real difference—while having fun at work

What We’re Looking For: - Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (ACECQA equivalent) or working towards highly desirable but not essential.
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Passion for supporting school-aged children in a play-based environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
