St Mary’s OSHC in Beaudesert is seeking a Casual Educator to join our friendly and supportive team. We provide before school care, after school care and vacation care for up to 60 children, offering a welcoming, child-centred environment where children feel safe, valued and excited to learn.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Provide nurturing, engaging care for children
• Create a safe, inclusive and fun environment
• Plan and deliver recreational and educational activities
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team
• Join in exciting excursions during vacation care
• Finish each day knowing you’ve made a genuine difference

Job Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential. 
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
