Your Role as Our ECT As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

• Create engaging, purposeful learning programs for kindergarten children
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff
• Deliver inclusive, high-quality education that supports every child’s unique strengths
• Engage in ongoing professional and personal growth
• Maintain accurate documentation—including programs, observations, and evaluations
• Design visually inspiring and stimulating learning environments
• Ensure full compliance with legislation, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Positively represent the service within the local community, upholding our Vision, Mission, and Values

What you will need:

• An ACECQA approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) from the Queensland Government
• Position may require being the Responsible Person on site in the absence of the Director
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, Behavioural Management Framework and National Law/Regulations
• Conversant with Early Years Learning Framework & the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
