Your Role as Our ECT As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
- Create engaging, purposeful learning programs for kindergarten children
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff
- Deliver inclusive, high-quality education that supports every child’s unique strengths
- Engage in ongoing professional and personal growth
- Maintain accurate documentation—including programs, observations, and evaluations
- Design visually inspiring and stimulating learning environments
- Ensure full compliance with legislation, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Positively represent the service within the local community, upholding our Vision, Mission, and Values

Apply today—we’d love to meet you! What you will need: - An ACECQA approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) from the Queensland Government
- Position may require being the Responsible Person on site in the absence of the Director
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, Behavioural Management Framework and National Law/Regulations
- Conversant with Early Years Learning Framework & the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
