In this role, you’ll:

• Coach and mentor ECTs to lead curriculum and pedagogy
• Facilitate communities of practice and share inspiring ideas
• Support new ECTs as they transition into CEEC
• Partner with the Head of Quality & Continuous Improvement to strengthen professional standards
