Lead with Impact — Seeking a Strategic Coordinator for a Vibrant Merrimac OSHC.

Service: Star of the Sea Kindergarten and OSHC
Place: 75
Position: OSHC Co-Ordinator
Role : 6 Months Contract (for a Parental Leave)
Full time: 38 hrs per week
Qualification: ACECQA approved Qualification and experience in OSHC or in similar field
Pay: $45.22 - $46.18 + Super + Benefits
About the Service
- Opened in January 2022 near Star of the Sea Primary School.

Our sessional kindergarten operates during school hours and terms, with the option for kindergarten children to attend before school, after school, and vacation care.
Key Responsibilities - Lead daily operations of the OSHC service, ensuring a safe and smooth-running environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging, educational programs tailored to children’s interests and needs.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, and school staff.
- Collaborate and support your team to foster a welcoming, inclusive service culture.
What We're Looking For: - Diploma in Children's Service/Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent) and experience in OSHC or a similar field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children.
