Join our team at St Eugene’s Out of Hours Care in Burpengary on a casual basis and help us creating a safe environment for children.
Located within St Eugene’s College, our program offers before school, after school, and vacation care for up to 135 children from prep to Year 6.
With access to the school’s excellent facilities, we provide a rich, engaging environment where children can learn and play. A favourite activity is time spent in our community garden—digging, planting, and connecting with nature!
Casual shifts are available, with a particular focus on afterschool care on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator… - Providing nurturing care for children

Job Requirements: - Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards)
- Previous childcare experience would be beneficial.
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
