Recruitment Advisor - Corporate
Full Time | Permanent | Paddington, Brisbane

As our Recruitment Advisor – Corporate, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment across CEEC’s corporate and support office functions. This newly created position focuses on hands-on recruitment, building talent pipelines, and providing additional support to the wider recruitment team.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and support office roles
• Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality candidates for key positions
• Deliver recruitment projects and initiatives that improve processes and candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to meet recruitment needs
• Support the wider recruitment team during peak periods and operational activities

About You
You are an experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys supporting a collaborative team. You bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in recruitment, with a focus on corporate or professional roles
• Strong skills in proactive sourcing, talent pooling, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience delivering recruitment projects or process improvements
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your team
