About the Role
As our Educational Leader Mentor, you’ll work alongside service leaders to grow their impact. You’ll provide coaching, resources, and professional learning that enables Educational Leaders to inspire their teams, strengthen pedagogy, and deliver outstanding outcomes for children.
In this role, you’ll:

• Mentor and support Educational Leaders across CEEC services
• Build capability in leadership, pedagogy, and reflective practice
• Facilitate professional learning and networking opportunities
• Develop and share resources to embed consistent quality practice
• Work alongside Quality & Continuous Improvement team to ensure alignment across services

About You
You’re an experienced educator and leader who thrives on supporting others to lead. You understand what it takes to guide pedagogy, inspire teams, and drive outcomes, and you’re committed to mentoring leaders to bring out their best.
You’ll bring:

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience as an Educational Leader or in a pedagogical leadership role
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and facilitation skills
• Deep understanding of the NQF and quality practice in early education
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
