About the Role
As our Assessment & Rating Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in preparing CEEC services to shine. You’ll partner with service leaders and educators, guiding them through the National Quality Framework, helping them implement improvements, and building capability so services consistently exceed expectations.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead services through the Assessment & Rating process with expert guidance
• Provide tailored coaching and resources to embed quality practices
• Analyse outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement across CEEC
• Stay current with sector and legislative changes to inform practice
• Collaborate with the Head of Quality & Continuous Improvement to deliver organisation-wide impact

About You
You’re a quality and compliance professional who thrives on helping services succeed. You know the NQF inside and out and can translate requirements into practical strategies that uplift people and practice.
You’ll bring:

• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and A&R processes
• Experience supporting services in quality, compliance, or leadership roles
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical ability to review performance and recommend improvements
• Confidence working independently, with services across multiple locations

• CEEC services consistently meet and exceed NQF standards
• Leaders and educators feel supported to embed quality practices
• Actionable insights are delivered through analysis and reporting
