Are you fun, energetic, and passionate about working with children? We’re on the lookout for caring and enthusiastic casual staff to help make before and after-school care a positive, engaging experience for every child.
At St Columba’s Outside School Hours Care, we support up to 150 amazing children during before and after school hours, as well as in our school holiday programs. Our focus is on fostering a safe, inclusive, and playful environment where kids are encouraged to explore their creativity, follow their interests, and develop through self-directed play.
We’re currently seeking casual educators who are available for afternoon care shifts.

A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator…
As an OSHC Educator at St Columba’s, every day is filled with purpose, fun, and connection. Here’s what you can expect:

Job Requirements: - Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a self-directed play-based environment
- Effective workplace communication skills
