Internal Communications Coordinator
Paddington |Full-time |Permanent
Salary: $80–90K + super

Catholic Early EdCare is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Communications Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. In this role, you’ll support the planning and delivery of clear, engaging, and consistent internal communications across our 134+ services. From newsletters and Town Halls to project updates and leadership events, you’ll help bring our internal messages to life.

What you'll do:

• Draft and distribute internal comms for key meetings, newsletters, events and announcements
• Support Town Hall communications and cascade key messages across the business
• Assist with project-related communications and change messaging
• Create clear, engaging content
• Help track engagement and support continuous improvement

What you'll bring:

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in internal communications or content development
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Great organisation and stakeholder coordination skills
• A proactive, collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with digital comms tools is a plus
