The opportunity
Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to continue to drive the growth of our blue collar business and brand in Parramatta.

This role will focus on fostering our existing client base along with new clients by building and maintaining key relationships to increase market presence and help achieve financial growth.

• Manage a portfolio of loyal Blue Collar clients in Sydney and some regional areas - car allowance on top of base salary
• Continue to identify key players and new business opportunities
• Develop sustainable relationships with key client stakeholders
• Source, interview and place candidates 
• Communicate effectively with client and candidates
• Network and maintain a strong candidates pipelines
• Maintain database accuracy and general administration
• Effectively manage the team and P&L

About you
This role requires someone who thinks outside of the box and has drive and passion. You will possess the following:

• Experience in Recruitment, Sales, or Business Development
• Be results driven and solution focused
• Ability to build effective business relationships
• Persistence, perseverance, and positivity to achieve the desired outcome
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
