The role of Account Manager, within our Shutdowns division is essential within our recruitment business, providing ongoing support to our established and long-term clients, as well as building strong candidate talent pools. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing skilled blue-collar candidates. We have a full mobilisation team as well as an administration team for additional support so you can focus on recruitment and making commission! 

To be considered you must have:

Experience within recruitment as a 180 account manager or 360 recruitment consultant in labour hire environments will be highly advantageous, in addition to:

• Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables
• Proven history of candidate pipelining and management
• Strong time management and critical thinking ability
• Positive and energetic approach to your working day
• Key strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationships
• Resilience and confidence, driven by success
