Established in 1999 Carestaff Nursing Services are a highly reputable agency providing registered, enrolled and assistant nurses to major healthcare organisations on the Gold Coast, Brisbane and in the Northern Rivers region.
  
We are seeking an experienced customer service operator to join our friendly Allocations Team based in Varsity Lakes.

About the role
This is a full time position within our exceptional Allocations Team! Our hours of operation are 5am – 11pm, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, in this role you will be mainly required for day shifts (8am - 4pm), however some flexibility may be required. You would start part time, working four days a week, with a potential of moving into a full-time position.

 Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking and directing inbound calls
• Contacting nurses and updating availabilities in the rostering system
• Entering and filling shifts through the rostering system
• Candidate care – touching base with nurses and clients

This role will be 4 shifts per week, mainly day shifts (8am - 4pm), Monday to Friday.
