The Opportunity:

Encara is seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to assist in the care within Aged Care Facilities and in the Community sector.

The position is referral-based and therefore can be sporadic. It would be most suitable to someone that is currently employed but has some flexibility.
 
About You:
Your skills in the assessment of eating, drinking, speech, language and swallowing are highly valued along with your input to the ongoing plan of care for residents with a wide range of diagnoses.

Exceptional communication and reporting skills are a must. Your holistic approach to care will be highly valued.
