Moon is moving to the CBD, opening mid-August, and we're looking for a leader who wants to be part of a founding team and help set the standard for a brand-new venue from day one. Where our sibling brand Lune Croissanterie is known for croissants, Moon does one thing and does it well: crullers. Twisty, crispy-on-the-outside, custardy-on-the-inside choux pastry, glazed and served fresh daily.

About the role and venue:
This full-time leadership role is central to running Moon's front of house, setting the standard for service from opening day.

• Full-time, 38 hours/week across 4 days
• CBD venue, opening mid-August 2026, with training in the lead-up
• Trading 7 days a week

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong barista skills and can make coffee solo
• Has proven leadership experience in a hospitality setting
• Brings strong time management and a great work ethic
• Thrives on feedback and brings a positive, collaborative energy to their team
• Has full working rights in Australia
