In an exciting move from the team behind Lune Croissanterie, Moon will soon have a permanent home in the heart of Melbourne's CBD laneway culture on Degraves St. Taking the precision-perfect techniques of its elder sibling Lune with a laser sharp focus on choux pastry fried to crispy perfection, this is Moon as it was always meant to be and we're looking for team members to come and join in the journey! 

About the role and venue:
Reporting to both our FOH and BOH supervisors, this is a true allrounder role — you'll make coffee, serve customers, pack, glaze crullers, wash dishes and keep the space clean.

• Casual, multiple positions available
• CBD venue, opening mid-August 2026, with training in the lead-up
• Trading 7 days a week
• Full availability preferred

We're looking for people who:

• Are looking for a BOH and FOH combined allrounder position
• Have at least 2 years' barista experience and can make coffee solo - this is essential
• Bring strong time management and a great work ethic
• Are confident serving customers in a fast-paced environment
• Thrive on feedback and contribute a positive, collaborative energy to their team
• Have full working rights in Australia
