Lune exists to create exceptional experiences, moments of joy, and excellence in the everyday. As we launch our newest venue at Pacific Fair, we're looking for warm, driven, and people-focused FOH Supervisors to be part of our Gold Coast team from day one.

Working together with the Operations Manager and with assistance from the National Service Manager, you'll help lead service, support and coach the FOH team, and ensure every guest receives the attentive, joyful Lune experience we're known for. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a venue launch — to help set the tone, build the culture, and a rare chance to take a step in your leadership career in one of Australia's most recognised and respected hospitality brands

What the Role Involves

• Leading FOH service and supporting the FOH team with daily operations
• Coaching and guiding the team on the floor during service
• Ensuring every guest receives a warm, attentive, and professional experience
• Handling guest feedback with care and professionalism
• Upholding service, presentation, and safety standards
• Supporting the development of a positive, values-driven team culture
• Flexibility with rostering with the ability to cover either opening and closing shifts (this includes morning and evenings as per Pacific Fair trading hours)

Who We're Looking For

• 1–2 years' experience in a hospitality leadership, supervisor, or senior FOH role and who thrives with a level of autonomy   
• Speciality coffee experience is essential
• A clear, kind, and confident communicator who uplifts those around them
• Calm, resilient, and organised — with the ability to problem-solve on the fly
• Positive, people-focused, and passionate about hospitality and food
• Full working rights in Australia
