We’re looking for a full-time Pastry Chef to join our production team across our South Brisbane and CBD venues. Whether you’re experienced in viennoiserie or just starting your pastry journey, you’ll be supported through structured cross-training by a passionate, skilled team who take pride in creating a world-class product.
  
What the role involves:

• Producing and finishing our signature viennoiserie
• Following systems for consistency, speed and quality
• Supporting pastry prep, baking, and finishing
• Working across multiple production areas (kitchen and cube/lamination)

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years’ experience in a kitchen, restaurant or pastry environment
• Preferably has lamination and baking experience (not essential)
• Brings strong time management and a great work ethic
• Is confident with commercial kitchen tools and processes
• Is open to learning and thrives on feedback
• Has full working rights in Australia
