We’re looking for a Brand Specialist to join our team; a confident, mid-weight creator who can bring our brand to life through thoughtful campaigns, compelling content, and consistent creative execution.

Working closely with the Brand Manager, you’ll own the delivery of campaigns end-to-end, from planning and content creation through to launch and performance contribution. This role suits someone who moves quickly, thinks in systems, and takes pride in producing high-quality, on-brand work across every touchpoint.

What the role involves

• Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (social, email, print and paid)
• Building and maintaining a rolling brand calendar
• Creating content across photo, video and digital formats
• Managing content schedules and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting campaign performance tracking and optimisation
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Ops, Retail, Beverage and eComm teams
• Supporting the delivery of brand-led events and activations

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 2 years’ experience in a brand, marketing or creative role
• Has executed campaigns end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
• Is proactive, self-directed and has strong attention to detail
• Is confident creating content (photography, video, editing)
• Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Has a strong eye for brand storytelling and visual detail
• Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
