We’re looking for two new Baristas to join our Rosebery team, with the potential occasional CBD shifts. These roles will suit warm, reliable hospitality professionals who loves great coffee, thoughtful service, and working as part of a close-knit team.

Roles available

• 1 × Full-Time Barista – Rosebery
• 1 x Casual (approx 24 hours/week)

What the roles involve

• Preparing and serving consistently excellent coffee
• Managing POS, plating, and guest service
• Maintaining flow, organisation, and attention to detail during service
• Supporting teammates and creating a welcoming guest experience

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 2 years’ experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee environment 
• Communicate clearly and bring a calm, positive energy to service
• Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and consistently upholds high presentation standards in their work.
• Are confident, adaptable, and enjoy working in a team environment
• Are available one weekend day
• Have full working rights in Australia
