We’re looking for a casual Kitchen Hand / Delivery Driver to join our Sydney BOH team. This is a hands-on, hybrid role based at our Mentmore Ave venue, with early morning deliveries to our CBD venue and general kitchen hand duties. 

What the role involves:

• Collecting and delivering pastries between venues safely and on time
• Operating a company vehicle, loading and unloading product
• Assisting with basic kitchen prep (e.g. portioning, garnishing)
• Maintaining cleanliness in the dishbay and kitchen area
• Supporting general BOH operations with energy and attention to detail
• Working early shifts (start times vary depending on deliveries)

Who we’re looking for:

• Has experience in kitchens or BOH teams (or a strong willingness to learn)
• Holds a full, clean driver’s licence and is confident driving in Sydney
• Communicates clearly and works well in a team environment
• Has full working rights in Australia
• Has flexible availability and is available to start ASAP
