We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to oversee rostering, scheduling, and client coordination for our residential installation, maintenance, and repair teams. This is a pivotal role that directly impacts customer experience and operational performance.

• Provide professional customer service via phone and email, addressing client enquiries and updates promptly and courteously
• Create and manage precise schedules for lift installations, routine maintenance, and repair works
• Coordinate effectively between clients and field technicians to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Handle administrative duties related to scheduling, documentation, and service delivery
