We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to oversee rostering, scheduling, and client coordination for our residential installation, maintenance, and repair teams. This is a pivotal role that directly impacts customer experience and operational performance.

- Create and manage precise schedules for lift installations, routine maintenance, and repair works
- Coordinate effectively between clients and field technicians to ensure timely and efficient operations
- Handle administrative duties related to scheduling, documentation, and service delivery
