The Role:

• Be the friendly, professional voice for our clients via phone and email, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate schedules for residential lift installations, maintenance, and repairs with precision.
• Liaise seamlessly between clients and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
• Tackle administrative tasks and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Possess confident, professional communication skills (phone and email).
• Demonstrate proven experience in rostering and scheduling.
