As our Operations Coordinator, you will:

• Be our clients' primary point of contact, delivering top-notch service over the phone and via email.
• Ensure seamless experiences whilst coordinating between our clients and skilled technicians.
• Schedule the installation, maintenance and repairs for residential home lifts, keeping operations running like a well-oiled machine.
• Tackle administrative tasks and deliver exceptional customer service.

To excel in this role, you should:

• Possess confident, professional communication skills (phone and email).
• Demonstrate proven experience in rostering and scheduling.
• Exhibit strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Maintain composure under pressure.
