Your Role: As the Azure Practice Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing a cloud strategy, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. Collaborating with sales, professional services, and technical teams, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating cloud offerings and positioning the business as a leader in Azure innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a comprehensive Azure strategy, enhancing service offerings and technical excellence.
• Act as the primary authority on Azure solutions, providing guidance across infrastructure, security, and application services.
• Support sales and pre-sales teams with solution design and customer engagement.
• Ensure seamless Azure deployments by working closely with technical teams.
• Maintain best practices in security, governance, compliance, and cost optimisation.
• Lead and develop a skilled technical team, fostering expertise in Azure.
• Build strategic relationships with Microsoft and key industry partners.
• Drive thought leadership through industry events, content creation, and community engagement.

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience in cloud strategy, architecture, and consulting.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure across networking, security, DevOps, and data services.
• Proven leadership skills, mentoring teams and setting best practices.
• Strong background in Azure migrations from on-premises environments.
• Knowledge of Azure security frameworks, governance, and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Kubernetes, SQL, and DevOps tools.
• A history of delivering complex cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage customers at all levels.
