Location: | Hybrid | South Coast
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -5:30pm
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Commission (Up to 25%)

With 2020 and 2021 being record breaking sales years for the business, large volumes of 5 years fixed mortgages are coming to an end this year!

Your Role as a Remortgage Advisor:

• Manage a pipeline of remortgage clients, delivering expert advice tailored to their needs
• Work closely with new build homeowners looking to secure the best rates available
• Build strong relationships with developers, lenders, and clients
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company best practices
• Maintain high service levels to retain and generate repeat business

What We’re Looking For:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification - Essential
• Proven experience as a Mortgage/Remortgage Advisor - Ideally within a new build environment
• Strong relationship-building skills - Comfortable liaising with developers and lenders
• Proactive and target-driven - Motivated to maximise earnings through excellent service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Managing multiple cases efficiently
