Senior Protection Adviser:
Up to £35,000 (DOE) | OTE £60k+
Generous Bonus
Structure Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday
Location: East Sussex (Hybrid or Fully Remote Available)
 
Are you an experienced Senior Protection Adviser looking to take the next step in your career? Consegna Talent is hiring on behalf of a leading brokerage that is expanding its specialist insurance team.
 
The Role
 
As a Senior Protection Adviser, you will provide whole-of-market advice on:

• Life Insurance
• Critical Illness Cover
• Income Protection
• Private Medical Insurance

 
There are also exciting opportunities for career progression, including moving into business protection advice, covering Key Person and Shareholder Protection Insurance. You'll work with high-earning professionals such as doctors, solicitors, and business owners.
 
We’re Looking For
 

• 3+ years’ experience in protection advice
• CeMAP or RO5 qualification (preferred)
• Whole-of-market or large panel experience
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients
• A strong ethical approach and clean compliance record
• Commitment to professional development
