Protection Advisor
Base Salary: Up to £30,000
Commission: 15% - 20% on Banked Business On-Target Earnings (OTE): £60,000+
Location: South Coast or Remote

Consegna Talent is proud to partner with one of the most successful mortgage brokerages in the UK. As part of their continued growth, they are expanding their insurance division and are now seeking experienced Protection Advisors to join their team.
 
The Role
 
You will complete appointments generated through:

• Referrals from in-house Mortgage Advisors.
• Leads from a substantial back book of existing clients.

 
Your primary focus will be on arranging protection cover for customers, particularly those purchasing new-build properties, and working closely with in-house Mortgage Advisors to complete protection applications. You will manage your appointments efficiently, ensuring all customer interactions are professional and timely.
 
Key Requirements
 

• Ideally, a Whole-of-Market Protection Advisor (advisors from large panels will also be considered).
• 1-2 years of experience as a Protection Advisor.
• Clean driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• A clean credit file.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with both face-to-face and telephone-based appointments.

 
Preferred Qualifications
 

• RO5 qualification is advantageous but not essential.
