Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (No Weekends!)

Consegna Talent is thrilled to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading specialist mortgage brokers. Our client provides tailored finance solutions across Residential, Commercial, Specialist Buy-to-Let, Bridging (short-term) Finance, Development Funding, and First and Second Charge Mortgages. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join their busy team.
 
You will be partnered with a personal Case Manager, allowing you to focus on writing business! Advisors write between £40k – £70k per month on average.
 
Requirements:
 

• CeMAP or an equivalent qualification (Levels 1, 2, and 3)
• 1+ year of mortgage advising experience (independent advice preferred); strong applications from newly qualified advisors with a robust mortgage administration background are also welcome
• An active listener with a knack for understanding clients’ financial goals and a proactive approach
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• A friendly, positive attitude suited to a team-oriented environment
