New Build Mortgage & Protection Advisor (Remote)
Up to £28,000 basic
30% Uncapped Commission
OTE £50k+ 1st year

Consegna Talent is proud to be working with one of the largest New Build Mortgage Brokerages in the UK, which is looking for a New Build Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join its busy team.
 
 This is a remote role, with all leads fully qualified and warmed up by a dedicated team before being booked straight into your diary. You will focus on completing both Mortgage and Protection Advice, increasing your average case size. Once submitted, the back-office team will oversee the process right through to completion. This will free up more time for advisors to write more business, with a 30% commission on any business banked over £10k!
 
 Average monthly written business sits at £26k per month, with the top advisors achieving upwards of £50k written per month.
 
Our last two hires:
 

• Candidate 1: Achieved £43k written business in his first full month with 100% conversion on protection cover. Since then, he hasn’t dropped below £37k written per month in his first 6 months.
• Candidate 2: Consistently achieving between £20k - £30k each month since joining towards the end of last year.

 
Purpose of the role:
 

• To help arrange mortgages for customers who have put deposits down on New Builds/Plots, ensuring they get the best possible mortgage based on their circumstances.
• Work with Developers to complete Mortgage Applications as soon as possible.
• Ensure appointments are attended promptly after being booked in by the Mortgage Qualifiers.

 
Key Requirements:
 

• Ideally a Whole-of-Market Mortgage Advisor (large panel advisors will be considered).
• Solid insurance advice experience, e.g. Life Insurance, CIC, Income Protection.
• 1-2 years’ experience working as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor (New Build experience preferable but not mandatory).
• Clean driving license & own a car.
• Clean credit file.
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Face-to-face appointments & telephone-based advising.
• Full CeMAP qualification.
