Specialist Mortgage Advisor
Location: Gloucestershire | Hybrid – 2 or 3 days from home
Base Salary: Up to £30k, increasing to £35,000
Shifts/Hour: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm | No Weekends!
Commission: Uncapped, 10% - 30% splits
OTE: £50k+ in the 1st year
  
Consegna Talent are supporting one of their exclusive clients based in Gloucestershire who are looking to expand their in-house specialist department, which receives a high volume of warm leads daily. This team also handles remortgage leads from a large portfolio of existing clients, as well as organic leads referred or generated within the business.
  
Our most recent placement in this team has been able to submit six mortgage applications in a single week, just in their second month in the role. A huge opportunity to write business!
  
Average advisers are writing £12k to £15k per month, with the top performers achieving £30k in written business. How good are you?
  
Purpose of the Role
  

• Help clients secure the best possible mortgage tailored to their unique financial circumstances.
• Manage the entire mortgage application process efficiently, ensuring timely and professional service.
• Build relationships with referral partners and clients to maintain a steady pipeline of business.

  
Key Requirements
  

• Whole-of-market mortgage advisory experience is preferred (advisors from large panels will also be considered).
• 1-2 years of experience working as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Full CeMAP qualification.
• A clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
• A clean credit file.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
