About the role:

As Client Partner - Entertainment, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth for both clients and the business. You’ll manage a portfolio of key accounts, helping clients achieve their goals while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships. Acting as the primary interface between clients and cross-functional teams, you’ll guide the sales lifecycle and oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and the company’s high standards of service. Your ability to build trust, anticipate needs, and deliver measurable results will make you a valued partner to both clients and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the complete sales journey, from identifying opportunities and shaping proposals to leading pitch teams, managing contracts, and ensuring successful project handovers.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships across your client portfolio, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who helps them meet their strategic goals.
• Lead the development of Strategic Account Plans to guide the growth and investment required to enhance account performance.
• Actively contribute to a collaborative and cohesive approach within internal teams, aligning everyone toward achieving common goals.
• Represent the company at industry events, building its profile within the entertainment sector and contributing to thought leadership.

• Have a strong background in professional services or custom digital product development, with experience selling high-value solutions to senior executives within the entertainment sector.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the entertainment industry, including its challenges, trends, and opportunities, alongside a solid network of professional contacts.
• Can confidently discuss topics like agile methodologies, service design, MVP development, and modern software practices with C-level stakeholders.
• Have proven experience managing portfolios with annual revenues exceeding £5m and delivering consistent growth year-on-year.
• Can demonstrate a history of driving client success through measurable strategic outcomes and fostering brand loyalty.
