Senior Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of ~10 spending customers within the SME segment, building relationships that deliver value and help customers achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of approximately 10 SMC/Enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Identify opportunities to broaden service adoption and deepen engagement across the MSP’s portfolio of offerings; both managed and professional services.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to create and deliver bespoke solutions that address client needs and challenges.
• Conduct regular client reviews (both in-person and virtual) to assess performance, share insights, and recommend enhancements.
• Proactively address and resolve client issues, ensuring consistently high levels of satisfaction.
• Support customer success initiatives, helping clients maximise the value of their IT investments.

Skills/Experience

• 2+ years of account management experience, ideally within the IT/Managed Services sector.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a collaborative and client-focused approach.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, able to identify opportunities and deliver positive outcomes for clients.
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
