Sales Manager - London UK - Hybrid
We've just partnered with an established MSP in their recruitment of a Sales Manager - the role has come about due to an increased amount of IC sales people being brought onto the business, they have decided to add a further layer of management to their outfit to increase productivity and maximise revenues.
Initially being brought on to lead a team of 6 Account Managers, you would be involved in strategy and hiring with the SLT so they need you to be collaborative, come with ideas, and really shape this role into your own.
You would be individual contributing to some capacity also, you will be untargeted but given a small number of the companies largest account which will net you some commission along side the team target comms.
