Myndshift Group has been engaged by our client partner, a respected international mining contractor leading the restart of a major gold operation in North Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to join the project during a significant growth phase and play a key role in its next chapter.

About the Role
We are seeking experienced All Round Operators to support production activities across site. This is a hands-on production role within a high-performing mining team where safety, teamwork and reliability are key.
Equipment across site includes:

• CAT 980 & 988 Loaders
• CAT D9 & D10 Dozers
• 14M & 12M Graders
• CAT 777 Haul Trucks

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated hard rock open-cut mining experience
• Strong commitment to safe production practices and achieving operational targets
• Ability to work within a high-performing production team
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Additional mobile plant operating experience highly regarded
