We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join a Tier 1 Mining Contractor in their Brisbane CBD head office, supporting several new projects commencing in August 2026.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across blue and white-collar roles, including operators, trades and technical positions. This is a full-time contract opportunity with the potential to become permanent, offering flexible hours and one day working from home each week.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across blue and white-collar roles
• Deliver high-volume recruitment for project start-ups and mobilisation
• Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand workforce needs
• Advertise vacancies and source, screen, shortlist and interview candidates
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, including medicals and police clearances
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, systems and reporting
• Provide stakeholders with recruitment advice and market insights
• Support a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the process

About You

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within mining
• Experience recruiting both blue and white-collar positions
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Experience supporting project start-ups or workforce mobilisation is desirable
• Availability to commence in August 2026
