Myndshift Group are partnering with a Tier 1 mining contractor to recruit an experienced Recruitment Advisor to support a number of new projects commencing in August 2026. This role is based in our client’s Perth Airport head office and will play a critical part in delivering end to end recruitment for all site positions including blue & white collar. 

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of site-based machine operator and trade roles along with white collar technical positions to support project mobilisation and ongoing workforce needs.

This is a Monday to Friday role to commence on a full-time basis working 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment across blue-collar and white-collar site-based roles
• High-volume recruitment to support project start-up and mobilisation
• Stakeholder management with hiring managers and project teams
• Advertising, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates
• Coordination of pre-employment checks (medical, police, inductions, etc.)
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting
• Providing market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders

About You:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within mining
• Strong exposure to blue-collar & white-collar recruitment
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Experience supporting project start-ups or workforce mobilisation will be highly regarded
