Our client partner is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Mobilisation Officer to join their team a leading Tier 1 Mining Contractor, based at our client’s Brisbane CBD Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring employees are mobilised efficiently and compliantly to major mining projects.
  
About the Role
In this fast-paced position, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end mobilisation process, ensuring employees are site-ready in line with project requirements and compliance standards. You will liaise closely with Recruitment, HR, and Onboarding teams to facilitate smooth workforce deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and mobilisation activities
• Arrange pre-employment medicals, National Police Checks, and site requirements
• Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and complete
• Support mobilisation for both site personnel and mechanical workshop employees
• Maintain up-to-date records and track mobilisation progress
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to meet project timelines

About You

• Previous experience in mobilisation, onboarding, workforce coordination, or similar
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume environment
• Confident communicator with strong administrative capability
